LOD Human Resource Development Joint Stock Company - LOD Corp was born in 1992 in the context of taking over the Crew Export Company under the Transport - Post Office International Cooperation Services and Investment Consulting Corporation.
FIVE MAIN ACTIVITIES
1990: Established the Seafarer Export Company, under INTECO, the predecessor of LOD
1992: Supplying seafarers to work abroad.
1992: Established the Foreign Labor Cooperation Company according to Decision No. 2417/QD-TCCB-LD dated December 29, 1992 of the Ministry of Transport on the basis of the Company of TV Export Company, directly under INTECO
1994: Established Southern Branch in City. Ho Chi Minh City and the Center for Employment Development and Tourism Services. Also that year, they sent trainees to Korea. As one of eight Vietnamese companies allowed to send workers to Korea for training, LOD has brought more than 7,000 workers, equivalent to 14% of the number of Vietnamese workers to Korea for training.
1997: Send interns to Japan.
1999: Supplying workers to work for factories and enterprises in Taiwan
2002: One of the first companies to bring Vietnamese workers to work in MALAYSIA (so far, nearly 6,000 workers have been brought to work here).
Received the third-class Labor Medal awarded by the State.
2005 Launched the Foreign Labor Cooperation Joint Stock Company, based on the equitization of the state-owned enterprise Foreign Labor Cooperation Company.
Establish :
Eastern Branch in City. Hai Phong,
Labor supply and training center - Japanese experts
Center for Tourism and International Cooperation.
2006 Officially applied the quality management system TCVN ISO9001:2000 evaluated and certified by QUACERT.
Establish:
Daietsu Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. between LOD – OSHIMA – DAIZO.
2007 Received the second-class Labor Medal awarded by the State.
2008 Inaugurated and put into use LOD Building.
with a total usable area of more than 6000m2 for office space for rent.
Inauguration of the Japan Center building
at 299 Nguyen Giai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi to serve training for trainees before going to Japan to study.
Putting into use a high-tech welder training workshop meeting international standards.
Started construction of LOD Vocational College of Engineering and Technology.
2009 With the goal of sticking with employees for a long time & becoming a leading unit providing high quality human resources.
LOD Foreign Labor Cooperation Joint Stock Company changed its name to:
LOD HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (LOD Corp.).
2012 Opening and putting into operation LOD Vocational College of Engineering and Technology
2014 Moved the headquarters of LOD Human Resource Development Joint Stock Company from 38 Tran Thai Tong to 924 Bach Dang Street.
