To create an environment of cohesion and exchange between students of LOD company who are studying and working in Japan as well as in Vietnam. LOD Human Resource Development Joint Stock Company coordinated to launch a contest to design video clips and write articles on the theme "Japan in me", specifically as follows:

I. CONTENT – CONTEST RULES

1. Name of the contest

Contest to design video clips and write articles to introduce and share on the topic "Japan in me"

2. Participants

• Former LOD students have returned home
• LOD students are studying and working in Japan
• LOD students are studying at the company

3. Content

Introduce and share detailed topics as follows:

• Education (Share your learning process,...)
• Working life (Sharing the life and work of trainees LOD who are studying and working in Japan as well as in Vietnam)
• Culture, cuisine, tourism, arts.

4. Rules for organizing the contest

The contest to design video clips and write articles to introduce and share on the topic "Japan in me" is divided into 2 rounds:

• The preliminary round will select 10 video clip works and 10 best articles, with the right topic, theme, and satisfactory content.
• Voting round via Facebook Fanpages:LOD Human Resources Development Joint Stock Company, videos and articles that pass the preliminary round will be uploaded to the company's Fanpages and officially record shares and likes from the time of posting. After the voting period, results will be selected according to the system and announced publicly.
• At the end of the contest, the jury will select video clips and articles that meet the requirements to award prizes. The winning results and prize giving time will be announced on the company's website and fanpages.

a. For the video clip design exam

• Register to participate in groups or individually.
• Each group or individual can participate in a maximum of 2 works.
• The video clip sent must clearly state the title, author's name, address, phone number or zalo for contact.
• Contest video clip works: Contestants upload themselves to online storage platforms (Drive, Youtube, Tikok,...). Then share the link via email:truyenthong@lod.vn   

b. For written exam

• Register to participate individually.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per author.
• The submitted article clearly states the title, author's name, address, phone number or zalo for contact.
• Entries for the essay contest should be sent to email address:truyenthong@lod.vn   

7. Requests

a.For the video clip design exam

• Each video clip submitted must have enough title, voiceover or subtitles (if any) so that viewers can understand the content.
• Duration from 3 ~ 10 minutes.
• Entries can be recorded with a video camera, mobile phone with video recording function, camera with video recording function,...; saved in  .wmv , .mp4 .avi format ; Minimum resolution 720 HD; The clip has good quality, clear images and sounds, ensuring authenticity.
• Contest works must be new, unused, not published in any mass media or publications, not posted on websites, blogs, or social networking sites of organizations. positions, individuals.
• Contest entries are not allowed to be published on social networking platforms before the organizers post them on the LOD company's fanpages.
• Entries must be owned by the author/author group, True to the content and form prescribed by the contest, without copyright infringement or dispute; does not violate State regulations and laws; does not contradict the fine customs and traditions of Vietnam.
• For video clips that are muted or related to copyright infringement of music or images in the contest work after being posted, the Organizing Committee has the full right to remove the posted content and not restore it. number of likes and shares of that contest entry.
• Contestants must be responsible for the copyright of the video clip. Any additional parts added to the video (if any) must be filmed or photographed by the author himself. The Organizing Committee does not bear any legal responsibility related to copyright.
• If the contest video clip is found to violate the rules. The organizers are allowed to disqualify any video clips before, during and after the competition.
• For all entries, the Organizing Committee will not return the works.
• The Organizing Committee has the right to use contestants' entries in the media.
• The Organizing Committee is not responsible when works submitted to the program are damaged or change in quality due to transmission lines or Internet problems.

b. For written exam

• Contest entries must be written in Vietnamese, expressed in prose, with a minimum of 500 words each (Must have at least 2 accompanying themed images).
• Contest entries must be typed and presented clearly on one side of A4 size paper, font size 12, Time New Roman font.
• Information about the author and the submitted work is clearly stated on the first page of the submitted work so that the Organizing Committee can use it when judging according to the attached Contest Entry form.
• Contest entries must be works that have not been published in books or newspapers, published on any mass media or submitted to other competitions held as of the date of award announcement. Contest authors must ensure and take responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of their characters and content.
• Contest entries are not allowed to be published on social networking platforms before the organizers post them on the LOD company's fanpages.
• Entries must be owned by the author/author group, True to the content and form prescribed by the contest, without copyright infringement or dispute; does not violate State regulations and laws; not contrary to good customs and traditions.
• If it is discovered that the contest article violates the rules. The organizers are allowed to disqualify any entries before, during and after the competition.
• For all entries, the Organizing Committee will not return the works.
• The Organizing Committee has the right to use contestants' entries in the media.

II. EVALUATION CRITERIA

Contest entries are evaluated based on the following criteria:

• The message is clear, easy to remember and consistent with the contest theme and in accordance with the contest's regulations.
• Creativity in content and video clip script ideas. The content of the article is clear, truthful, and the writing style is clear.
• The form of expression is impressive, creative but close to life, with practical meaning.
• Received a lot of attention from the community through the contest's official Facebook fanpage: "LOD Human Resources Development Joint Stock Company”

III. METHOD OF SCORING

* Entries are scored according to a formula:

Total score = Jury score (70%) + Converted voting score (30%)

* Voting points: based on likes and shares on the homepage of the contest organizer.

• 1 like (like, heart, love): 1 point
• 1 comment (not counting spam): 2 points
• 1 share (share): 3 points

Note: Share video clips and articles on your personal page in public mode. Each Facebook account can share 1 entry multiple times, but points will only be counted once. Voting points account for 30% of the total test product points.

* This point is converted as follows:

• 1 video with highest voting score: 100 points converted
• 1 video with the second highest voting score: 90 converted points
• 2 videos with the third highest voting score: 80 converted points
• 3 videos with the fourth highest voting score: 70 converted points
• 3 videos with the fifth highest voting score: 60 converted points
